🌿 Yoga for Well-being 

A weekly live-streamed class designed to support your whole self — body, mind, and spirit. Through gentle, mindful movement, breathwork, and guided awareness, this class helps you build strength, increase flexibility, and cultivate inner calm. Each session weaves alignment, presence, and intention so you can leave feeling grounded, energized, and more at home in your body. Accessible to all levels, it’s a nourishing practice that creates space for clarity and well-being in the flow of daily life.

🌙 Deep Renewal Yoga

A restorative practice designed to replenish your body and calm your mind. This monthly class weaves together gentle, supportive postures, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, and guided reflection to create deep rest and renewal. You’ll leave feeling restored, spacious, and grounded — with practices you can carry into your daily life to support nervous system balance and overall well-being.

Cydney Smith is the founder of Spirited Nutrition and a seasoned holistic life coach, yoga instructor, and facilitator. With nearly two decades of experience guiding women through transformative health and life transitions, she weaves coaching, embodied practices, and mindful living into a holistic approach to midlife well-being. She is inspired by the truth that each of us carries a unique presence, and that when authenticity and well-being are allowed to emerge, they not only transform our personal lives but ripple outward — shaping our communities and the wider world with possibility.

  • Founder of Spirited Nutrition Coaching (since 2007): Creating spaces where women explore authentic health, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner compass — not just for themselves, but as a ripple of well-being in their families and communities.
  • Nearly two decades of coaching experience: Supporting women through midlife transitions with a holistic blend of science, mindfulness, and embodied practices, guiding them toward sustainable well-being that uplifts both their personal lives and the greater whole.
  • Facilitator for global health coaches through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition: Helping shape the next generation of coaches to lead with presence, compassion, and integrity — amplifying well-being across diverse communities.
  • Certified yoga and mindfulness teacher: With advanced training in meditation, Yoga Nidra, and restorative yoga, teaching since 2010 (and practicing since 1989). Her classes invite students into practices that restore balance, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate self-awareness as a foundation for inner and outer transformation.
  • Known for an integrative, heart-centered approach: Blending evidence-based coaching, yogic wisdom, and practical lifestyle tools, Cydney empowers midlife women to not only increase health and vitality but to live with more authenticity, calm, and clarity.
