With nearly two decades of experience guiding women through transformative health and life transitions, she blends coaching, embodied practices, and mindful living into a holistic approach to midlife well-being. Passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, minds, and inner compass, Cydney creates spaces where sustainable habits, self-awareness, and authentic health can flourish.
